Create Access Keys

Where do I find this?
Sidebar > Settings > General > Access Keys card
Step by Step
- 1Click 'Settings' in the sidebar
- 2Select 'General'
- 3Find the 'Access Keys' card
- 4Click 'Add Key'
- 5Enter a name and password (e.g., 'Ceremony' with password 'ceremony2026')
- 6Optionally create a second key for another event (e.g., 'Dinner' with password 'dinner2026')
- 7Switch to the 'Content' tab in the sidebar
- 8Click on a section and open 'Advanced Options'
- 9Under 'Password Protection' assign the desired key β e.g., the ceremony RSVP section to the 'Ceremony' key
- 10Share each guest circle only the matching password
Tips
- Useful for exclusive content (e.g., bachelor party) or multi-part weddings
- Sections can be assigned to multiple keys
- Guests with the regular site password only see public sections
- Only those who enter the specific key password see the assigned sections
- When a guest enters a new password, the previous one is replaced β they only see content for the most recently entered key
- Combine access keys with separate RSVP sections to manage different events with different guest circles and questions
