Settings

Create different access levels for different guest groups – ideal for multi-part weddings with different invitation circles

Where do I find this?
Sidebar > Settings > General > Access Keys card

Step by Step

  1. 1Click 'Settings' in the sidebar
  2. 2Select 'General'
  3. 3Find the 'Access Keys' card
  4. 4Click 'Add Key'
  5. 5Enter a name and password (e.g., 'Ceremony' with password 'ceremony2026')
  6. 6Optionally create a second key for another event (e.g., 'Dinner' with password 'dinner2026')
  7. 7Switch to the 'Content' tab in the sidebar
  8. 8Click on a section and open 'Advanced Options'
  9. 9Under 'Password Protection' assign the desired key – e.g., the ceremony RSVP section to the 'Ceremony' key
  10. 10Share each guest circle only the matching password

Tips

  • Useful for exclusive content (e.g., bachelor party) or multi-part weddings
  • Sections can be assigned to multiple keys
  • Guests with the regular site password only see public sections
  • Only those who enter the specific key password see the assigned sections
  • When a guest enters a new password, the previous one is replaced – they only see content for the most recently entered key
  • Combine access keys with separate RSVP sections to manage different events with different guest circles and questions
