Send an email to multiple guests at once

Sidebar > Guests & RSVP > Broadcast

Step by Step

  1. 1Go to 'Guests & RSVP' > 'Broadcast'
  2. 2Click 'New Message'
  3. 3Choose the recipient group: All, attending only, not attending, no response, by event, or manual
  4. 4Adjust the recipient list with checkboxes or use 'Select all'
  5. 5Enter subject and message text
  6. 6Click 'Send'

Tips

  • Use broadcast for important updates (e.g., location change)
  • Guests must have an email address
  • You can see the history of all sent messages
  • The status shows whether the message was sent/failed
