Step by Step
- 1After login, you land automatically on the dashboard
- 2At the top you see 4 cards: Page views, Status, Open Website, Publish
- 3Below is the KPI dashboard with tasks, budget, RSVP, gallery, and more
- 4The tasks widget shows urgent, upcoming, and completed tasks
- 5The budget widget shows total budget vs. expenses
- 6The RSVP widget shows accepted, declined, maybe, and response rate
- 7Below you'll find quick links to Content, Guest List, and RSVP Overview
- 8For owners: QR code preview and help card
Tips
- The dashboard refreshes automatically every 30 seconds
- Page views show how often your site has been visited
- The status shows if your site is public as 'Website' or 'Gallery only'
- Helpers only see quick links for their permitted areas
