Import Guests via CSV
GuestsImport many guests at once from an Excel/CSV file
Where do I find this?
Guests & RSVP > Guest List > Import button in toolbar
Step by Step
- 1Go to 'Guests & RSVP' > 'Guest List'
- 2Click 'Import' in the toolbar
- 3Download the sample template and fill it in Excel – or create your own CSV
- 4Required columns: Name (required), Email, Group (optional)
- 5Drag the CSV file into the upload area or click to select
- 6Review the preview: valid rows will be imported, invalid ones highlighted
- 7Click 'Import X guests'
Tips
- Export from Excel as CSV (UTF-8)
- The first row should contain column headers
- German CSVs use semicolons, English ones use commas as separators
- Invalid rows are highlighted in the preview
