Where do I find this?

Sidebar > Planning > Room Planner

1Go to 'Planning' > 'Room Planner' (beta)
2Pick or create floor plans (rooms); drag tables and elements from the left palette onto the canvas or click to insert
3Switch between Layout (arrange) and Assign (guests to seats)
4Saving is automatic; export an image from the toolbar
5Shortcuts and help: ? icon in the toolbar

The classic seating page under 'Seating plan' still exists; the room planner adds visual planning
Multiple rooms: switch via the room dropdown in the toolbar or add new rooms
Room size and grid: use the gear icon (room settings)

Assign guests to tables via drag & drop – who sits next to whom?
