Understanding Website Phases

Sections

Your wedding website has three phases: Save the Date, Wedding Website, and Gallery. Each phase has its own sections and is controlled separately.

Step by Step

  1. 1Go to 'Wedding Site' > 'Page'
  2. 2At the top you see three phase tabs: 'Save the Date', 'Wedding Website', 'Gallery'
  3. 3Save the Date: First announcement – minimal info, countdown, optional RSVP/STD
  4. 4Wedding Website: Main site with all details – schedule, locations, gifts, RSVP, etc.
  5. 5Gallery: After the wedding – share photos and memories
  6. 6Each phase has its own sections you can enable/disable independently
  7. 7Under 'Settings' > 'General' you choose the active phase
  8. 8Guests only see content from the currently active phase
  9. 9Phase switch: When switching e.g. from 'Save the Date' to 'Wedding Website', the new content is displayed

Tips

  • You can prepare sections in all phases simultaneously – guests only see the active phase
  • Save the Date is perfect for the period between engagement and sending invitations
  • The Gallery phase is ideal after the wedding: show only photos, no more RSVP
  • In preview mode you can test each phase individually
