Create and manage tasks for your wedding planning

Sidebar > Planning > Tasks

Step by Step

  1. 1Click 'Planning' in the sidebar
  2. 2Select 'Tasks'
  3. 3Click the plus button or 'Add'
  4. 4Enter title and description
  5. 5Set the priority (Low, Medium, High)
  6. 6Optional: Set a due date
  7. 7Optional: Choose a category (e.g., Venue, Catering, Outfit)
  8. 8Optional: Assign to an event or team member
  9. 9Click 'Save'
  10. 10Switch between list and calendar view

Tips

  • Use 'Templates' to automatically create about 20 typical wedding tasks
  • Filter by status (To Do, In Progress, Done) or category
  • Export tasks as CSV
  • Share tasks with your team members
