Where do I find this?
Sidebar > Planning > Tasks
Step by Step
- 1Click 'Planning' in the sidebar
- 2Select 'Tasks'
- 3Click the plus button or 'Add'
- 4Enter title and description
- 5Set the priority (Low, Medium, High)
- 6Optional: Set a due date
- 7Optional: Choose a category (e.g., Venue, Catering, Outfit)
- 8Optional: Assign to an event or team member
- 9Click 'Save'
- 10Switch between list and calendar view
Tips
- Use 'Templates' to automatically create about 20 typical wedding tasks
- Filter by status (To Do, In Progress, Done) or category
- Export tasks as CSV
- Share tasks with your team members
