Step by Step
- 1Go to 'Planning' > 'Team'
- 2Click 'Invite Member'
- 3Enter the member's email address
- 4Choose the role: Co-Owner (almost all rights except Billing) or Helper (limited access)
- 5For Helper: Select the areas the member is allowed to access
- 6Send the invitation – the member receives a link by email
Tips
- Helpers only see the areas you allow – ideal for best men/women
- Co-Owners can edit everything except billing and subscription
- You can adjust roles and permissions at any time or remove members
- Helpers don't have access to personal guest data unless you allow it
