Not planning alone? Invite best men and helpers and define who can see and edit what

Sidebar > Planning > Team

Step by Step

  1. 1Go to 'Planning' > 'Team'
  2. 2Click 'Invite Member'
  3. 3Enter the member's email address
  4. 4Choose the role: Co-Owner (almost all rights except Billing) or Helper (limited access)
  5. 5For Helper: Select the areas the member is allowed to access
  6. 6Send the invitation – the member receives a link by email

Tips

  • Helpers only see the areas you allow – ideal for best men/women
  • Co-Owners can edit everything except billing and subscription
  • You can adjust roles and permissions at any time or remove members
  • Helpers don't have access to personal guest data unless you allow it
