Create Custom RSVP Questions

Add your own questions to the RSVP form – also targeted to specific events

Where do I find this?

Guests & RSVP > RSVP Overview > Questions button (Question mark)

1Go to 'Guests & RSVP' > 'RSVP Overview'
2Click the question mark icon for questions
3Click 'Add Question'
4Choose the question type: Short Text, Long Text, Dropdown, Multiple Choice, Date, Number, or Yes/No
5Enter the question in German and English
6For Dropdown/Multiple Choice: Add the answer options
7Optional: Add help text and enable 'Answer per person'
8Optional: Under 'Applies to' you can assign the question to a specific RSVP form (e.g., only for the dinner, not for the ceremony)
9Set whether the question is required
10Save the question

Typical questions: Food preferences, allergies, music requests, travel
Keep questions to a minimum – fewer fields mean more responses
Dropdown works great for menu selection
'Answer per person' asks each person in a group individually (e.g., menu choice for each)
With conditional logic, you can show questions only when another question has a specific value
Have multiple events (e.g., ceremony + dinner) each with their own RSVP section? Use 'Applies to' to target questions – e.g., menu choice only for the dinner
No selection under 'Applies to' = the question appears in all RSVP forms

Define what guests need to provide when RSVPing – from meal preferences to plus-ones

Create separate RSVP forms for different events (e.g., ceremony and dinner) with individual questions – automatically linked via locations and events
