Step by Step
- 1Go to 'Guests & RSVP' > 'RSVP Overview'
- 2Click the gear icon for settings
- 3Configure the decision: Optionally allow 'Maybe' as a response
- 4Set the maximum number of people per guest
- 5Configure plus-one and children options
- 6Configure standard fields (email, phone, address, notes): Hidden / Optional / Required
- 7Optional: Enable automatic confirmation emails
- 8Add notification emails for new responses
- 9Save the settings
Tips
- Fewer required fields = higher response rate
- Email is useful for broadcasts and confirmations
- 'Maybe' as an option helps plan for uncertain guests
- Confirmation emails give guests a receipt of their response
