Location Checkboxes in RSVP
RSVPLet guests indicate which locations/events they'll attend β with automatic linking to RSVP questions
Where do I find this?
Wedding Site > Content > Edit Locations Section
Step by Step
- 1Create a Locations section under 'Content' (if not already done)
- 2Edit the Locations section
- 3For each location: Enable 'Show in RSVP'
- 4Optional: Set the location as required
- 5Enter an RSVP label (e.g., 'Ceremony (3:00 PM)')
- 6Save the section
- 7Checkboxes for each location now appear in the RSVP form
- 8For automatic RSVP question assignment: Link the locations under 'Planning' > 'Events' with the respective events
Tips
- Useful if you have multiple events (ceremony, church, party)
- Required locations must be selected for a valid response
- Statistics show who's coming to which event
- Locations are the first building block of the mapping chain: Location β Event β RSVP Section β Questions
- For token-based RSVP invitations, the selected location automatically determines which event-specific questions are shown
