Guests & RSVP > Guest List or RSVP Overview > Export Button

Step by Step

  1. 1Go to 'Guests & RSVP' > 'Guest List' or 'RSVP Overview'
  2. 2Click the export button (download icon)
  3. 3Choose the format (CSV or Excel)
  4. 4The file is downloaded
  5. 5Open it in Excel or Google Sheets

Tips

  • Export regularly as backup
  • Excel format includes better formatting
  • Use filters before export for subsets
