Guests & RSVP > RSVP Overview

Step by Step

  1. 1Go to 'Guests & RSVP' > 'RSVP Overview'
  2. 2At the top you see 5 stat cards (Total, Accepted, Declined, Maybe, People count)
  3. 3Below is the list of all guests with their RSVP status
  4. 4Use search or filters (status, decision, sorting)
  5. 5Click on a guest for details in the right panel
  6. 6Use the buttons for settings (gear), questions, and export
  7. 7Optional: Create new responses manually via 'New Response'

Tips

  • Filter by status (Responded/Open) and decision (Yes/Maybe/No)
  • The location summary shows who's coming to which event
  • Export to CSV for your own analysis
  • Plus-ones can be converted into individual guests
