Detect & Merge Guest Duplicates

Sidebar > Guests & RSVP > Guest List > Duplicates Button
Step by Step
- 1Go to 'Guests & RSVP' > 'Guest List'
- 2Click the 'Duplicates' button in the toolbar
- 3The system shows potential duplicates as pairs
- 4For each pair: Check if it's actually the same guest
- 5Choose 'Merge' to combine the entries
- 6When merging, you choose which data (name, email, RSVP, etc.) to keep
- 7Or 'Not a duplicate' to ignore the pair
Tips
- Duplicates often occur during CSV import or when multiple people add guests
- Detection is based on name similarity and email matching
- Merged guests keep the RSVP response of the primary entry
