Find and clean up duplicate guest entries through automatic detection and manual merging.

Sidebar > Guests & RSVP > Guest List > Duplicates Button

Step by Step

  1. 1Go to 'Guests & RSVP' > 'Guest List'
  2. 2Click the 'Duplicates' button in the toolbar
  3. 3The system shows potential duplicates as pairs
  4. 4For each pair: Check if it's actually the same guest
  5. 5Choose 'Merge' to combine the entries
  6. 6When merging, you choose which data (name, email, RSVP, etc.) to keep
  7. 7Or 'Not a duplicate' to ignore the pair

Tips

  • Duplicates often occur during CSV import or when multiple people add guests
  • Detection is based on name similarity and email matching
  • Merged guests keep the RSVP response of the primary entry
