Sidebar > Guests & RSVP > Invitations
Step by Step
- 1Go to 'Guests & RSVP' > 'Invitations'
- 2Select guests who should receive an invitation
- 3Optional: Filter by group, RSVP status, or search term
- 4Review the email preview with personalized link
- 5Click 'Send Invitations'
- 6Each guest's status is updated (Invitation sent / Error)
- 7Guests receive an email with a personal RSVP link
Tips
- Each guest receives a unique token link – responses are automatically attributed
- Guests without an email address cannot be invited via email – use QR codes or copied links instead
- You can send invitations multiple times (e.g., as reminders)
- Combine with the broadcast feature for general messages
